Our Commitment To You During The COVID-19 Outbreak
Dear Friends, Colleagues, Neighbors and Clients –
Like everyone, our small business has been impacted by the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus and we’re navigating these uncertain times with the intent of doing our best for our clients, our vendors and our staff. We want to reassure all of you that the promise we made (that we’re your jeweler for life!) stands firm.
Please see below for a few important announcements and policies we are adopting during the COVID-19 outbreak.
REMOTE CONSULTATIONS WILL CONTINUE
Our first and foremost concern is the safety of our team and our clients. We are going to be conducting the majority of our appointments and consultations with clients remotely for the immediate future.
Since the majority of our clients work with us remotely already, we don’t expect a significant interruption in new client consultations. Technological advances have made it possible for us to do what we do anywhere in the world. We’ll cover the basics during that initial call, videoconference or email exchange and walk you through the next steps when it comes to stone selection and ring design.

We’re expecting that many of you are shifting your wedding day plans around in some capacity, especially those of you getting married this Spring or Summer. With that said, it’s never too early to start planning your wedding bands and we encourage you to download our Wedding Band Guide and schedule an online consultation with us so we can talk you through options and designs. At this time, servicing your existing pieces will need to go on pause until we are better informed with what our shipping and insurance partners are doing. We’d rather you keep your rings and fine jewelry close to you, rather than possibly being lost in transit during this time.
We’ve long offered our clients a complimentary resize one size up or down on most of our rings (some exclusions apply) within 60 days of shipping. However, we recognize that some of you may be putting off your proposal date until things calm down a bit or that shipping to us may be interrupted. To that end, we’re extending our offer to resize your rings by an additional 45 days for all clients who received their rings between February 1, 2020 through March 31, 2020. If you think you will require a resize, please contact us so we may make a note of it in your client file.
CARING FOR YOUR FINE JEWELRY
The best thing anyone can do to protect themselves and their loved ones at the moment is to practice social distancing and frequent and thorough hand washing. While this is great for killing germs and bacteria, it can be hard on your rings. We’ve made a few videos on how to care for your fine jewelry at home until we can begin to offer our ring servicing to our clients again. Click here to watch.
Our website and social media pages will all remain open and active during this time, as will our ability to conduct client consultations remotely. We’ve been through tough situations before and we’ll come out of them as we always do: stronger and keenly aware that what matters the most are our loved ones.
