To keep things short I bought an engagement ring this past May from Dan and couldn’t have been more pleased with how everything turned out. For weeks and weeks Dan answered all of my questions regarding everything from the ideal proportions of the particular cut I was shopping for, to 2 different CAD design options for the band. I threw everything I had at him…some doubt, went as far as pointing out other loose diamonds on blue diamond and other online megastores, etc. In the end and looking back on it now 6 months later I really understand the importance of having a professional help broker a deal of this magnitude- You pay for his expertise, quite literally his eye that has seen more diamonds than most people will ever see, and last his offices’ professionalism that includes fantastic customer service as well as his personal touch to each order and other intangibles.
