Frequently Asked Questions About Service Requests
How should my ring fit?
Your ring should feel comfortable and secure on your finger below the knuckle. It should slide on easily but resist enough when sliding off that there’s no risk of it falling off. The ring should slide onto the finger easily and require one to three seconds of pressure to get over the knuckle on the way off.
Resizing
Concierge Diamonds provides resizing for all custom engagement ring and wedding bands orders. This excludes bands that are not possible to resize (including eternity bands, rings with etchings / engravings and alternative metals). Your ring may be resized once for free within the first 60 days of purchase within one full size up or down (some restrictions apply, see below). If you are past your 60 days, we can still resize your ring for a nominal labor charge. Contact us to learn more. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the ring. Resizing can end up removing your engraving if you have one. You are responsible for the cost of any re-engravings needed.
