Your ring should feel comfortable and secure on your finger below the knuckle. It should slide on easily but resist enough when sliding off that there’s no risk of it falling off. The ring should slide onto the finger easily and require one to three seconds of pressure to get over the knuckle on the way off.
Concierge Diamonds provides resizing for all custom engagement ring and wedding bands orders. This excludes bands that are not possible to resize (including eternity bands, rings with etchings / engravings and alternative metals). Your ring may be resized once for free within the first 60 days of purchase within one full size up or down (some restrictions apply, see below). If you are past your 60 days, we can still resize your ring for a nominal labor charge. Contact us to learn more. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the ring. Resizing can end up removing your engraving if you have one. You are responsible for the cost of any re-engravings needed.
We are happy to repair your fine jewelry that may have sustained damage. Please fill out the service form so we can provide more information. Repair timelines vary based on the work to be completed. We cannot take responsibility for repairs done by other any other jeweler.
Please note that some of our rings cannot be resized due to their design. Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size, milgrain detail, ornate rings and bands, or rings with alternative metals (metals other than gold or platinum), cannot be resized and often lead to remaking the ring.
It is important to note that should you opt to resize your ring, your new ring may contain fewer or more gemstones, diamonds, or a reduction or increase in precious metal weight which may cause an increase or decrease in the price. If you are unsure whether your ring falls into this category, contact us for more information.

Dan from Concierge Diamonds was a blast to work with. From step one, he told me to do the research, come back with the specs you want for your diamond at your budget and we’ll figure it out from there. After going over the 4Cs and some angle measurements he found me the stone in New York (!), and he based in LA, so goes to show where his connections are. Did everything through email and when I got the ring it looked amazing.
Last weekend I proposed to my girlfriend and man does she love it.
He is the most friendly, customer-minded, honest, and well-versed jeweler I came into contact with. My fiancé loves the ring and can tell the quality of it trumps all of the other rings she sees. Never buy your diamonds or rings at a retail store, stop looking around and get Dan to find the perfect stone and custom make the perfect setting to match. It will be the best quality and it will be the best deal you can find.

To keep things short I bought an engagement ring this past May from Dan and couldn’t have been more pleased with how everything turned out. For weeks and weeks Dan answered all of my questions regarding everything from the ideal proportions of the particular cut I was shopping for, to 2 different CAD design options for the band. I threw everything I had at him…some doubt, went as far as pointing out other loose diamonds on blue diamond and other online megastores, etc. In the end and looking back on it now 6 months later I really understand the importance of having a professional help broker a deal of this magnitude- You pay for his expertise, quite literally his eye that has seen more diamonds than most people will ever see, and last his offices’ professionalism that includes fantastic customer service as well as his personal touch to each order and other intangibles.
