Concierge Diamonds Return Policy: Custom Pieces
All of our custom engagement rings are made by hand in Los Angeles. Being a custom item, they are therefore not eligible to return. However, if you are not satisfied with your custom piece, we will continue to adjust your ring until you are 100% satisfied with the product. Concierge Diamonds 14-Day Return Policy: Website Pieces
This policy applies only to in-stock items on the website. Custom pieces do not apply.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Concierge Diamonds. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple 14-day return policy from the date you receive your jewelry.
Returns Process:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized or engraved items, engagement rings, sale items, or gift cards.
- Return Request: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@conciergediamonds.com or 213-261-4330 with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in shipping.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exchanges:
If you'd prefer an exchange for a different size or style, we will make every effort to accommodate this. Please follow the return process outlined above, and our customer service team will guide you through the exchange procedure.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@conciergediamonds.com or 213-261-4330, and we will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
