Superior Service Package

Our Superior package is perfect for refreshing your piece back to how it looked and felt when you first put it on. Our superior package includes the following:

- Detailed inspection by a master craftsman to assess any damage*
- Ultrasonic cleaning
- Prong tightening for loose center stone prongs (not including broken or severely damaged prongs)

*Findings from assessments will be notated and shared with client for approval to repair before any work begins

Typical service turn-around time is 2 weeks, however your service representative will inform you of the current queue time once we have received the piece(s). If repairs are needed by a specific date, please let your service representative know at the time of service. Shipping is billed separately.
